The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and close to the cosmetic clinic that I was attending. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is clean. The staff at the reception is efficient and helpful, and they offer a self-service breakfast for a reasonable price of 150TB. the hotel is very close to the Skytrain, making it easy to explore the city.
The staff in the on-site restaurant were not very friendly.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff, especially Boon or Bom, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The ballroom was elegant, with beautiful chandeliers, creating a truly memorable atmosphere. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, and we loved spending time at the nice pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful, just as we have come to expect in Thailand. for the price, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to family and friends.
